The property was in an excellent location. Very close to Sienna’s Duomo (3min walk) and close to Palazzo Publico and Piazza Del Campo. It was a B& B.Equipped with cooking facilities. Staff were helpful in booking taxis for me. However, I was disappointed the room was located up three flights of stairs. This is not made clear in the advertising. As a mature age, solo traveller I looked carefully at the access of all my accommodation in Italy (8 weeks travel). I knew there was no lift. But I was under the assumption that there was only one flight of stairs. I had two suitcases and ended up paying a person, that the company organised, 30 Euros to carry my bag to the room. I thought this was exhorbitant.

Absolutely loved this stay. The staff were incredibly helpful and got me taxis etc when I needed them. The room was so comfortable with high tech support for working and relaxing. The meals were absolutely delicious and served with great customer service. This was a gem of a place to stay. The area is also beautiful and has much to offer in terms of a relaxing stay. I would happily go again!

Check in was relatively easy— I ended up calling because the directions didn’t tell us where to go once in building. After that, it was quick. Breakfast is a 5 minute walk to cafe. They have a list to choose from. Room and bathroom was a nice size. 5 min walk to Vatican.

I came by train. My room was so comfortable, I barely didn't want to leave. The shower was hot and powerful. I heated my pizza in a pan on the oven. I just walked to where the horse race is. I ate wonderful tomato soup and tripe stew, specificaity of this area. Gelato was great every where. I could live in my room. So many in Siena speak Spanish, that was nice for me. Italians seemed more eager to speak Spanish than English.

Great room, but incredibly noisy at night.

Stellar room for that price range in a great location. The drawback ? The walls are not noise isolated at all, which means you'll hear all that's going on in the neighboring rooms or in the street below, which are very noisy all night long. I'd recommend this place if you have excellent earplugs, otherwise don't expect to be able to sleep much.

The staff were very helpful in getting us a taxi . The room was very clean. The hotel was close to everything A big plus was the great restaurant right next door and gelato and souvenirs right down the street. A suggestion is maybe adding a shelf in the bathroom to put your personal items on while getting ready for the day.

The property was nicely decorated and within walking distance of the major attractions in Siena. Not sure if it is an Italian thing, but, the ones we have stayed at don’t provide soap for showering. Only downside, and that is not too important.

Do not book this property!! We arrived there no one answers the bell or phone and not even the “emergency” phone number. We found ourselves outside of a run down building with no where to go and no one to help us. After a while we left while trying to find a place to sleep sitting in a middle of a highway. The owner is rude and didn’t even apologize for what has happened. We asked for the property to be removed from the Expedia website. It was that bad!
