Tuvimos una muy buena experiencia, todos muy amables, muy bien ubicado y muy cómodo, limpio y bonito todo. Es importante leer bien el correo que te llega después de la reservación para evitar confusiones.

Great location but needs some help.

Location & price can’t be beat But difficult to find even w/directions. Arrived late & owner very nice but really no amenities other than a bed (VERY uncomfortable) & few towels. Drinking glasses & luggage rack would have been great. Sister hotel near Il Campo was very accommodating in helping us though. Nice courtyard albeit could use cleaning.

Posizione ottima, camera di buona metratura con panorama decisamente gradevole. Leggermente piccolo il bagno. Il riscaldamento si accende forse troppo tardi visto il periodo dell'anno.

Nulla confermava la descrizione fatta da voi! Non c'era il frigo la tv senza telecomando, nemmeno la carta igienica il primo giorno.! la signora Silvia ci ha fatto pagare anche 2 euro in più di tasse non previste! Posto delizioso, servizio deludente.

camera bella e pulita vicinissima al centro di siena. la notte purtroppo ci sono stati rumori e voci di passanti e abitanti del palazzo fino alla mattina presto.

La struttura dà più un'idea di vecchio che di antico. Le porte cigolano terribilmente. Pulizia scadente. Se non venite in auto o taxi, ben che vada vi aspetta una salita di 600 metri da fare a piedi!

Comfortable. The location and the view is really nice though it is a little bit hard to find the hotel. The room is clean. There is no shampoo and toothbrush, but there are body soap, towels, hairdryer. I want to use this hotel again.

Que te expliquen donde estan las llaves

El interior de la puerta tiene telas de araña, la cama cuando te acuestas miras al techo y ves telas de araña. Faltan mosquiteras, porque mi mujer y yo estamos llenos de picaduras. Está claro que el precio es bueno. Pero es una historia que tengas que ir a pagar aún hotel que te cae andando a 1400Metros de distancia. Que hoteles te ponga que el impuesto son 2€ y cuando vas a pagar en el hotel ..... Te pidan 2,50€. Y para terminar el primer día que llegué, sino encuentro aún vecino del piso y llama a la dueña (ya que yo llamé a su móvil y no me lo cogió y no contesto a los WhatsApp) que a la primera le cogió el móvil y le explicó a este caballero como darme las llaves, la llamé a las 2 horas y ahí sí que me cogió el teléfono.

Proprietaria cortese, locali comodi ma pulizia da migliorare. Sanitari e biancheria puliti ma tanta polvere su mobili e pavimento sporco. Ho dovuto pulire esternamente il bollitore dell'acqua prima di usarlo perché pieno di polvere all'esterno.

Habitación , ubicación excelente No se cambian las toallas ni se limpia la habitación de un día para otro Hacía frío y no había como calefaccionar la habitación . Me explico la dueña que no se pueden prender estufas hasta el 15.11. Debería tener estufa eléctrica

Ci siamo messi d'accordo per l'orario di arrivo. Arriviamo e non c'è nessuno, ci guidano per telefono e vabbè. La camera è anche carina ma di notte ad ottobre fa abbastanza freddo. La cosa più terribile era lo scopino del water rotto, un esperienza che non voglio approfondire o rivangare.
