Great spot to explore Siena

We loved this property. It was perfectly located for our few days spent exploring Siena. The room was clean and comfortable. Would stay there again.

Charming and authentic place to stay in Siena. Small and quaint, this bed & breakfast has beautiful italian charm. The man that runs the place is kind and helpful. A few things to note, it was a bit difficult to find as there were no large signs outside the building. There are three flights on stairs to walk up to before reaching the front desk. It is a very old building, so the place is quite spooky in the evening. My room was clean and spacious, but the bathroom was very dated and smelled strange. Overall, it is okay for a short stay of one or two nights. Good location within the historic centre and about a 17 minute walk to the train station.

Absolute worst, do not stay there, not family safe

I booked a stay with my family and the stairs to the bed are steep and not secure. The bed itself is inches from the roof. Dark and smelly place. Advertised photos are not representative of the stay. Couch had a large stain, parking is not secure (if you can even get one). I asked to cancel reservation after booking it an hour before and seeing the place- people said they will refund us so we left. Afterwards when following up on a refund status they said they will not be issuing refund. Not willing to resolve issues, but most importantly this place is not safe or secure.

Differently than what stated they have no parking whatsoever . The apartment is located in the old town without any access by car... WE have to park 1 mile away and walk all the way with our luggage to the premises... It was a nightmare ... It is a B&B with small rooms located in the old town...
