フレンドリーなスタッフと犬と猫、そしてワニ(！)に癒され、楽しい宿泊になりました。トゥクトゥクの手配や頼み事など、拙い英語でも理解しようと努めて下さって色々と助かりました。気になった点は金庫がないこと、あとタオル交換をしてくれていない？(頼めばできるかも知れません)こと、頼まないとドライヤーがないことです。バスタブはなくシャワートイレですが、慣れてしまえばお湯はすぐ出るので問題ありませんでした。エアコン、扇風機完備で水着があればプールにも入れるようです。初の海外旅行、初カンボジアで不安な中、大変お世話になりました。次にカンボジアに行く時はまた利用したいです。

Nice boutique hotel in a quiet zone, away from the crowd but just 10-min drive to Pub Street by tuk tuk. Staff members were very kind; i woke them up at 5am to open the gate, for my early departure for sunrise tour, and often asked them to "safeguard" me as I was afraid of dogs. oh yes, there were 3 dogs and 2 cats to play with you.

Sehr nettes familienbetriebenes Hotel mit einer schönen Außenanlage. Herzliche und familiäre Atmosphäre sowie aufmerksames und extrem freundliches Personal. Das Bad war okay, man darf aber keinen Luxus erwarten. Der Fernseher ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen (Röhrenbildschirm), aber wer zum Fernsehen kommt, ist selber schuld :) Zimmer war okay und das Bett außerordentlich bequem!!

To stay for a second time, the hotel may be slightly away from the city, quiet, good privacy. The entrance has a gas station, a restaurant, a coffee shop and a convenience store. Friendly service

It is not for solo travelers

It seemed that this guest house is not indicated for solo and budget travelers. It is far from everything and the lazy cambodian tuktuk drivers will not take you to downtown for less than $2. At the end of the day you will have spent a considerable amount of money, enough to stay in a much nicer hotel close to main turistic points. It is good if you want a quiet and empty place to stay. The common areas are not pleasant to stay. Very poor breakfast was offered (for sale) with spoiled fruits - I refused to get that. They offer many tours with high prices for solo travelers. I rent an e-bike and did all the tours on myself with a much lower cost, besides I was free do go where and when I wanted, eg local villages. I think the owners was not happy with my decision lol. It is your choice. I suggest you doble confirm the airport pick up service, they left me waiting at the airport and had to pay $10 for a 6km ride. In charge, their accomodated me in a huge room. Huge and empty, only a bed in the middle and many big windows that avoid you from having sun light at 6am on your face. Nothing cosy. No worth at all.

Really nice room!

Everything was very good except for one thing. I still don't know if it was a mosquitoes or a bed bugs. I was getting bitten all night. At the end of my stay I counted 17 bites all very my body. After I complained they sprayed the whole room but i Was still getting bites. Employees were very accommodating and helpful. Room was very clean and huge. I can't really blame them for bug bites. Who has control over mosquitos? If it was the bed bugs it could have been a person who stayed before me. What I saw from the staffs work ethics, if it was a bed bugs I'm sure they would have done something about it.

A warm and welcoming experience far from home

V&A exceeded our expectations for such a modest pricetag. The premise itself is located in the heart of Siem Reap, within 30min drive of the Angkor monuments. Rooms are clean and spacious with colonial designs as you can see from the pictures. Everyone in here are super friendly and would try their best to arrange with you the experience you would like to have here. Props to the tuk tuk driver heap (who is associated with the hotel) who was with us most of our journey, took us around and the hotel manager lady with whom we constantly communicated and gave us recommendations for each day’s itinerary. The pool was a big plus too! Cons: The breakfast provided is okay but nothing to write home about, and some bedsheets have seen 1-2 cigarette marks and could use a change. Overall we were very satisfied with our stay here because of the hospitality of the staff here. Highly recommended if the above sounds like what you look for.

フレンドリーなスタッフな方達です。 部屋自体は広々としていますし、これでこの価格はなかなか良いと思います。 お湯などは普通に出ました。 ベットメイクも毎日されていました。 悪い点で言えばパブストリートに少し遠いのと、部屋に虫が少し多かった点ですかね。 パブストリートまでは２ドルでホテルのトゥクトゥクドライバーが出てくれます。 帰るときはパブストリートなどのドライバーと交渉になるので、３ドルとよく言われます。 そのときは２ドルに値切りましょう！ 虫は仕方ないかなと・・・庭が広く自然豊かなので。逆に言えばのんびりした空間かと！ プールもついております。 自分は使わなかったので分かりませんが、使ってる人もいたので恐らく使えると思います。 殺虫スプレーが部屋に置いてありますのでホテルの方もきっとお気づきなのだと思います、仕方ないですね。 総合的にはいいホテルだと思います！

街から遠いが静かです

思ったより街から遠かったです。歩いてはいけません。その分静かでした。 部屋は無駄に広かったです。デッドスペースにソファーセットでも置けば素敵になると思いました。 バスタブは付いてましたが、仕切りのカーテンがないのでベチャベチャになります。 ２泊しましたが、タオルが二人で２枚／日だたので、不便でした。 ウェルカムドリンクがあると記載してありましたが、何も出ませんでした。 空港までの行きか帰りの片道送迎無料と記載があったと思いますが、空港からのお迎えだけが無料とのことでした。ホテル情報は正確に記載してほしいと思います。

Dejligt hyggeligt familiehotel

Dejligt pænt sted med venligt, hjælpsomt personale og god familiær stemning. Dejlig pool. Eneste minusser var at der manglede en safe, og at badeværelset var kikset indrettet, med bruser i det ene hjørne og og afløb i det modsatte, så hele gulvet sejlede når vi havde været i bad. Jeg ved ikke om det også var sådan på de andre værelser.

初めて行くシェムリアップで、4泊しました。 ここのホテルは大きくはないし、ホテルと言うよりは宿だけど、ベットも部屋も当然一流ホテルの方が綺麗だしフカフカだけど、ここの宿はオーナーもスタッフも泊まりに来ている人も暖かかった。 オーナーやスタッフは常に笑顔で、わからない事も丁寧に教えてもらいました。 また必ず行きたいと思える、そんな自分の家のように思える宿でした。I will be back!!

Nice place, but beware of the polished floors!!

Nice environment, friendly staff. Andy helped me to contract a tuc tuc driver to take me to the ruins of Angkor. The polished floor of the the entrance can be dangerous if wet!! The habit of leaving your shoes at the entrance of the hotel make the beautiful polished floors a danger with only two or three drops of water. I twisted bad my ankle while descending the stairs of the entrance. There was water on the floor that I didn't see, slipped on the floor and all my weight ended on my twisted ankle... I had to use wheel chairs at the airports coming home... I was leaving Siem Rieap in a couple of hours and Voleak took her motor scooter into town and returned with a cane that she gifted to me... without that cane I really don't know how could I manage to walk the short distances I had to... I am home now with my ankle like a ball, immobilized for a couple of weeks

Die Besitzer und Angestellten sind so freundlich und zuvorkommend! Egal welche Frage, sie konnten immer einen helfen, besonders wenn man sich unsicher war, was für Unternehmungen man machen sollte. Zudem sind deren Serviceangebote sehr zuvorkommend. Sie können alles Mögliche für einen Organisieren, ohne Probleme! Außerdem bietet das Hotel sehr gutes Essen zu erstaunlich guten Preisen! Der Standort und die Umgebung sind auch super. Alles in in der Nähe! Ich kann nur dieses Hotel empfehlen für alle die nach Siem Reap reisen. Man bereut nichts!

Das Betreiberteam um Andy ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Mr. Pip ist super. Ruhige Lage, ca 2 km von Pup street und Night market entfernt.
