An amazing Hotel for an amazing Price

My wife and I stayed here while touring Angkor Wat and it was amazing. They picked us up and dropped us off at the SAI airport for a low additional cost and were so careful and prompt about their service. The breakfast was so delicious with a variety of options and cuisines. Their omelets and mini croissants were the best. We also got 90 minute couples massages last minute at their onsite Spa that was one of the best experiences I had. We definitely recommend this place for anyone’s stays.

It was a book made all the sudden, but they took very good care of me and my friend. It was much more than reasonable price wise, meaning, it was much nicer than expected. The people there were so friendly and nice too. In addition, the breakfast offered was very gorgeous. It was just good overall. I personally didn't have much time to enjoy the city, but obviously, it was convenient and close enough to the airport for sure. The free ride between the airport and the hotel was good too.

Our room was large, well furnished, and well maintained. The hotel claimed to have a restaurant and bar open until late night, but in fact had only the pool-side bar open which was hot and uncomfortable. We asked the staff for a suggestion of a restaurant and what they sent us to was not at all like what we requested. Then we requested ice and when they brought it to the room charged us $2.

It's a beautiful hotel, and the staff are incredible. They work very hard to make sure you have a good time, treat you well, and are very professional. If you are planning on going to Siem Reap to visit Angkor Wat and relax, this is a great place to stay.

위치보다는 객실상태가 좋음

부분 공사로 인해 휘트니스센터를 이용할 수 없었지만 호텔측에서 외부 체육관을 사용을 하도록 조치해 주었고, 공항이동 서비스를 제공해 주었습니다. 시내접근성은 좋지 않은 편이지만 유료로 시내이동이 가능하였습니다. 호텔직원들의 서비스는 전반적으로 좋았습니다.

The hotel is nice and the staff is fantastic. Manly the guests are Chinese people, so breakfast is Asian style: no ham, no bacon, no cheese, no cake. The SPA is fantastic, same as the quality of the food served during the dinner.

空港にも近く優雅に寛げる素敵なホテル．玄関ロビーの広さ・空間が解放感を与えてくれるホテル。

北米やオーストラリアは何度か訪問した経験があります。世界遺産アンコールワットが観たく、昨年ツアーで訪問し宿泊したのが、パシフィックホテル…北米やオーストラリアでは体験しなかったのですが、パシフィックホテルスタッフが、玄関で快く宿泊するお客さんを出迎えてくれた。その印象が強く私自身の記憶に残りました。そして今回…一人旅でシェムリアップを再度訪問に際しては、ほかのホテルを考えることなく、パシフィックホテルを選びました。今回は６泊していたので気がついたことがあります。清掃する方やルームメイクの方達も廊下やロビーで目線があえば、気軽に明るく挨拶してくれたこと。また 私はホテル近くの観光名所に携帯電話を置き忘れた際に…その対応にスッタフの方が素早く行動を取ってくれ（置き忘れたお店まで連れて行ったくれた）…私の携帯電話は紛失することなく戻ってきました。私は携帯電話置き忘れに気が付いた際には…頭の中は真白でした。日本への家族への連絡の手立てもなくなり、旅の途中でどん底に落ちた気持ちでしたが、スッタフの親切さには感謝に絶えなかった。
