Good hotel, highly recommend.

飯店整體的環境感覺很好，而且位置在6號公路的巷子裡所以很安靜，雖然離市區有點距離，但是因為暹粒不大，搭tuk-tuk到市中心也就十幾分鐘的車程而已。房間很大又乾凈，床很軟很好睡，除了電視有點不清楚和早餐選擇較少之外，沒什麼好挑惕的。

10 mins to airport, 10 mins to downtown.

Very nice and quiet hotel, everyone are very kind and warm, good for relax. Hotel provide delicious and wide range breakfast, thanks GM sent us to airport. It is a new hotel, they keep very clean, room is tidy and big, especially the bed is very comfortable, feeling sleep better at home. Must choose this hotel, must come again.

a nice stay

overall it's a great experience. Everything was nice. but when we tried to take tuk tuk back to the hotel, the drivers usually didn't really know where is the hotel, cause' it's a bit far from the downtown and kinda hard to be found by the drivers. It's in a small alley by a big street. aside from that small problem, the service, environment, and everything were really nice.

The room is very big and nice. The location is around 15mins tuktuk from city center, and hotel is very generous to provide tuktuk ride & private car airport pick up. The breakfast is tasty but take a relatively longer time to wait till the food is ready. Overall, we are satisfy with the stay :) thanks!

Good Place to have a relaxing trip

I had a good experience and good service in this hotel. Although this location is not next to the city town, but I this it's good to guest in the hotel, people can have relaxing holiday here. The swimming pool and restaurant also let me impressed, Just like in the quiet and easy place to stay. The room space is large and let me feel free and relaxing, and the smile of the restaurant give me just like at home. Also they provide many kinds of choice to have breakfast and meal. The pick- up service (return hotel and city town) is good to me and convenient to see around and back to rest. Mr. bones give me a good trip to Phonm Kulen National Park and give me many information about this trip, thanks for his help and suggestion. I would want to stay here again if I come over this city again. Thanks for the smiling staff and nice service in this trip, I had a good and relaxing trip this time.

Liars and Thieves - False Ads, Do Not Believe

The owners are LIARS and THIEVES. I made reservations over two months in advance, based on pictures and descriptions of the family suite. Without even acknowledging it much less warning me, they checked me into a far inferior room. When I confronted them with my receipt that contained the details, they offered a free dinner. They didn't offer a price to match the room. I said this was unacceptable. They claimed to no longer have my room because it was under renovations (again, they could have told me earlier). They then said they wouldn't charge me if I decided to stay at another hotel. They helped me book another hotel in the area. But then they never gave me back my money. Do not believe the pictures and the description. This hotel is located off the main road, BEHIND A DARK UNPAVED ALLEY. The bathroom for the room they gave me looks like a prison cell. It's dark slate grey, slippery floor, and poor lighting. The room itself is also weird, with very little natural light. It gives it an overall institutional feel. To call this place a "luxury hotel" is a misnomer. When I saw the pictures and description and the price, I thought it was almost too good to be true. And it was indeed too good to be true. In this case, you get less than what you even pay for. Management is also aggressive in trying to get you to open your wallet. The first thing they do is try to get you to book activities with them for every single day and time for your stay. And their restaurant is overpriced.

This place had nothing to offer us when we try to check in. They state they were doing renovations, and we were not able to check in. They took us to anothers hotel and say it was the same thing. Just because it has the bed that we need, doesn't justify that it was the same thing. There was no gym, wifi was horrible. On top of that it was more of downgrade. We pay more and expected a better place, that why we paid more. I will never go back to that hotel.

A sheep in sheeps clothing.

On paper, this should have been a spectacular hotel. Indeed the ride in from the airport passes some fabulous looking hotels that would not look out of place in Miami Beach. The first clue should have been the taxi they sent to collect us. It was a Tuk Tuk; so our luggage was precariously balanced on the tow bar and off we went. It quickly became obvious that the description was misleading. Firstly it is on an unpaved backstreet with no passing traffic, so they have to call a Tuk Tuk for every journey. The property is undergoing extreme re-modelling (as of July 2019). The pool is closed (although they offered us a ride to a nearby hotel) and there are heavy engineering works going on all over the place. Our room (101) was recently refurbished and was a triumph of style over practicality. A fabulous Swedish style bed, but with a dark wood surround led to barked shins. Poor water pressure that meant that the bath took 20 minutes to fill to 10 cms with tepid water. A rain shower with no cubicle so it was freezing because of the aircon (which was about the only thing that is highly efficient). Eco friendly shower gel etc but delivered in stone jars which meant that one uses 5 times the amount and is in constant fear that they will fall and shatter. And a breakfast that is slow to deliver and mean in quantity. And why didn't they refresh the toilet paper and soap. Either poor management or a property in severe trouble. My advice? Pay more, stay elsewhere.

This hotel was just far enough away from the heart of the city that if felt like a quiet and peaceful vacation escape, but close enough to enjoy everything the city and nearby temples had to offer. The staff was friendly and helpful and the amenities were amazing (free delicious breakfast/coffee, pool/courtyard, beautiful and spacious rooms). We hope to come back!

I was a bit disappointed given the high ratings by previous customers. The room wasn't clean... wore my socks and saw all the dirt that was picked up. Amenities like toilet paper were minimal; only the shampoo and shower gel were replaced daily. The towels were clean and the room had ample space.

I liked it was away from the main strip, close to downtown for restaurants and shopping and close to Ankor too. The tour recommendations were excellent with fantastic guides. Very friendly staff.

Almost a Luxury hotel.

It is almost a luxury hotel, little things bring it down. Poor air con, urinal in the bathroom, terrible breakfast, The drinks are over priced, $4 for a can of beer, walk 100 metres to the local shop and buy a cold beer for 50 cents and buy fruit at the local markets (120 metres) support the local.

Did not meet my expectation

The place was not as what we had expected. Quite away from activity areas. It is not the typical hotel, but more of a villa type with seperate buildings. The interior were rather dated. The restaurant dining cost was also on the high side considering the offerings, facilties and the quality of the food. The only postive point was the friendly and helpful staff.

Superb room. Big & spacious, modern and well finished. Had a lounge area, along with ‘breakfast bar’, double bed and huge bathroom / toilet (inc separate bath & shower). Very quiet. Staff were faultless.
