「Stunning all round」

「We had a lovely time staying here. The staff were very friendly and helpful: Neil in particular gave us lots of good tips for what to see. There was a small hiccup with the check in process (I think stemming from the fact that we'd booked through Expedia and not directly through the hotel itself), but that was resolved without fuss. Location wise, although the hotel is on a busy pedestrian street we did not have any noise issues. We really enjoyed having breakfast on the rooftop, the views are...

「Absolutely amazing」

「The communication was really good - we got all the check in info with plenty of time, and messages during our stay asking if we wanted new towels or a room clean etc. The location was also very good. The room smelt a LOT like damp. There was an extractor fan and a dehumidifier but they didn't really do anything. The bathroom was also absolutely tiny - I'm a small woman and I struggled. Overall, an okay stay but incredibly basic and I wouldn't want to stay here for longer than a few nights 」
