"I had a really good experience at the hotel. The staff at the reception were very good at check in and other Miscellaneous services. Rachael arrange the birthday cake, my following up relentlessly and ensuring that the details were were right and the cake will be delivered on the right day. Ashutosh was an absolute star as he ensured that my wife’s birthday celebrations and the cake were handed to me promptly. He was courteous And efficient in dealing with me during check out. Oumaima was very efficient too in arranging room service food for me from the reception. Thanks for making our stay a great one! Kudos to all the staff. Manjil was quite good too in providing a very good cappuccino."

"Outstanding hotel, our lovely room on top floor was clean and comfortable with a view over the city. The staff were pleasant and helpful at all times. We watched the NY fireworks from the roof terrace which was amazing. Overall a perfect position to visit the main attractions in Valletta and also the shops & restaurants nearby."

"Really large room and comfortable. Fantastic location. So central. Didn’t use pool as I was there in December but looked great. Staff were helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay again. Only criticism is that it can be a little noisy at night from the bars opposite hotel..although they did stop at 11."
