「Fabulous location on the edge of Sidmouth and easy walk to Byes. Property quaint but a little dated. Ideally would have new bathroom more outside space and less clutter.
Didn’t see hosts but lovely welcome pack and lots of useful notes/ info on house and area. Would definitely stay again.」

「Everything was spot on: clean, well maintained, well equipped kitchen. There was a beautiful garden to use too. The hosts, Jon and Sara were lovely with plenty of helpful hints, advice and general information. I would certainly recommend!」

「We had a fabulous time. Great communication and welcome from owners. The apartment was beautiful, the decor, the outlook from sitting room window, with all the trees and birds. Kitchen was really well equipped and lovely touch of a cake, buscuits, milk, water and soft drinks. Beautiful products in bathroom and super comfy bed. We will definitely be back in the future. 」
