「Zeer luxueus hotel met een zalig bed! De kamer is prachtig! Verzorgd ontbijt. Leuke attentie was de Marokkaanse koekjes en de thee bij ontvangst. Ik zou het zeker aanraden. Wel 72 dirham tax betaald meer dan in andere hotels van dezelfde categorie en locatie. 」

「2 of us booked 2 rooms, and request double bed. But finally gave us one double bed room and one twins room, I have a question here, if we wanted twins room for us, why we needs to pay for one more room? they said they did not see any request . That's another question here, I understand sometimes Hotel can't reach all you request, but how if they totally not care??? no any notice? I booked though hotels.com more than 100 times, I believe their system works. 」

「这个酒店的房间我已经无力吐槽了，一个四星级酒店房间墙壁尽然还有发霉潮湿剥落，而且还有好几个地方都是这样，看着就觉得不舒服，你们把这样的客房给顾客住真的好吗？你们的庭院修的是不错，既然你们有钱装修庭院，为什么你们就不能花点钱把房间内部装修一下？你们不知道发霉潮湿对人的身体有影响吗？要是你自己家里变成这样，你愿意住吗？」

「They charge extra taxes when you check in. They told us that the extra taxes go the tourism ministry. I don't agree with them as we already pay taxes in our booking. 」

「Checking in was both smooth & pleasant. Staff were very friendly & accommodating. Room was clean & comfortable. Room & toilet amenities were more than adequate. Breakfast was adequate. The establishment is well managed & maintained. Kudos to the entire team. Highly recommended.」

「Localizado dentro da Medina de Fes, não passa carro lá, então tem que se deslocar carregando as malas até o hotel. Como é um Alcazar, não tem elevador, se ficar em andar diferente do térreo (meu caso) terá que subir escadas com as malas. 」
