「A wonderful Riad in the Medina with beautiful tile work , restored in oct '25. Just 2 minute walk from being dropped off. Easily walk to all remote corners of the Medina (used google map). The rooms are on the 2nd floor and will have to carry bags by steps. Very clean place. Fatima was very friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast. Nice comfortable beds. We could also use the kettle in kitchen for tea. Highly recommend and we would definitely return if visiting Fez again.」

「Place is okay not best condition. However the staff were excellent with services and made sure we had everything we needed. They helped us with our luggages all the time, and also made sure we got to the Riad safely even tho we arrived midnight. 」

「I have stayed in quite many different hotels and this Riad is one of the best accommodations I have ever experienced. After a long trip from Sahara desert, I was stunned by the serene vibe of this Riad and had a refreshing shower here. 「Riad Fes Ziyat is a great place to stay for a visit to Fez. It’s located within the old city and is walking distance to all the places one would go for sightseeing. It’s quite close to one of the city gates so can drop off is easy. The staff is amazing and are very friendly and helpful. The place itself has very cool decor and everything is in great condition. The food is very good, as well. I would highly recommend this place for a trip to Fez.」

「This was one of our favourite stays in all Morocco. Right in the Medina with friendly service. We stayed in the most spacious room and loved it for our family of four (with small children). We were very comfortable in the whole space and felt right at home. Would recommend. 」

The breakfast was okay, and the shower does make a little mess, but the beds were toasty! Great value if you’re a couple. 」
