"The best part of this hotel is the staff. Very friendly, very helpful and spoke brilliant English, which was handy, as my Arabic is terrible. The location was pretty ideal too, seeing as it’s not far from the Main Street in Agadir and also the beach. It was also pretty clean, for the most part. Now for the negatives. "We had to move due to the noise. New room the patio door didnt close properly,reported and never fixed. Phone also broken and not repaired. The evening entertainment is very loud and goes on past midnight. Not a relaxing time. Booked an excursion through the hotel and picked up 45 minutes late. Stopped at 2 unplanned destinations and arrived at the destination we wished to visit and only got 30 minutes there as we had to make the 30 minute trek back to the minibus. We then ended up back at the hotel 30 minutes early Reported it at the hotel. No feedback."
