「Our room was okey but not clean, only thing inside the room was two bag of tea and 2 bottle of water. In the evening we saw they enter our tent without permission, its not housekeeping or anything. Why? At dinner we had our meat really raw, which we wanted medium rare and we wanted to recook it but until they saw us in our table it was 15 min passed anyway, the rest was cold. In the breakfast, chairs even was really dirty. We did not enjoy it. All camp area is full of kittens, Cats and dogs...

「The property was very dated, the pictures online are highly edited. We booked the luxury suites, the washrooms were terrible and not properly cleaned, I would rate this hotel a 3 star at best. The staff are very pleasant and helpful but service is extremely slow. Restaurant orders for lunch and dinner took over an hour. We asked for an iron, they took forever to deliver it and then they entered the room and took it away even though we had a do not disturb sign on the door! The spa only had...
