"On the evening we arrived there was no running water in the hotel. Next morning when switched on we found that the toilet was leaking. Which we reported, the shower head was lime scaled so water didn't run properly, door lock broke on the second day. Which they replaced but toilet was still leaking. Door handle broke on third day and toilet was still leaking. Needless to say we were not happy! They moved us to a new room for our remaining stay. "Amenities were good. Clean but it smelled of chemicals and body odor which got better when we opened the windows. No washer. Location is lovely. Right in the old town. Remember to do your checkin and send your documents before you get there. Did everything through what’s app which isn’t at all private. Facebook reads all the messages. The platform they have to do it securely didn’t work to upload the ID pic. Overall good for a weekend stay "
