Not good experiance

It was not good A guy name mihai called me and he said that it was a mistake that his hotel inyour app. So he need me to cancel After i explain to him that it was a free night that i earned it by reserve 10 night from your application he said he will make another reservation for me And i was tierd from the driving he gave me the name and the address “ hugo pensiune “ In sibiu after that i went there and it was too dirty and also much lower than the cost i spent 64 euros free + 9 euro tax The reservation for that pensiune was 45 euros I need a repayment or other way to fix that problem His number was in the apic i attached

Hotel bonito y con decoración cuidada. Situado en pleno centro muy próximo a la plaza. Sin embargo es poco funcional. El baño sin mampara se llena de agua. La ducha no es flexible y te obliga a mantener en la mano. Poco espacio para colocar cosas de aseo. Cama cómoda, pero con algún muelle incordion. Desayuno muy normalito. Solo estuvimos una noche

one night in Sibiu

i actually booked the hotel on the go, it's proximity to the city center is ready good. i took a suite as the price difference was not much. nice suite and facilities defiantly will come again to the same hotel is i go to Sibiu but book in advance

Great hotel in the perfect location! The only negative comments I have about the hotel is 1. There was no bar area as specified and no tea/coffee making facility in the room. 2. there is a funny smell in the room we had.

Do not go !

Horrible hotel cold : bad light that make you think you are in a hospital (bad cold white). But the most important issues : the carpet is out of date, dirty and the rooms (yes roomS) are smelly... We tried 3 at too different level. To avoid absolutely... We preferred to find another hotel even if it was meaning paying twice...

Worse Experience I've Ever Had

The rooms are large which is nice, but very outdated. The bathrooms don't seem to have been updated in quite some time, and the toiletries provided are in little sample packs, definitely not enough for two people. The main reason for the poor review is because our electricity went out in the middle of the night only in our room and we did not have power to get ready for bed (used our phone flashlights) and the air conditioning wasn't working. We went to the front desk and they said there was nothing they could do. We asked if they could flip the switch on the breaker box and they didn't. Because our phones died out alarm didn't go off in the morning so we missed breakfast (which ends very early in comparison to other hotels by the way). The next morning we expressed our discontent and asked for a discounted rate since we obviously did not receive the amenities (air conditioning, breakfast, toiletries, and ELECTRICITY!?). Once again, we were told there was nothing they could do. Four stars!? Hmmmm I think not. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere.

Great Location, Nice Staff

Stone throw from the main plaza, and really nice restaurants. But quiet enough that you can sleep really well and then walk out a few meters and be in the center of it all. I really liked this place. I got a suite and the room was really big and clean.

Det beste med hotellet er at det er 3min gange fra Piata Mare og gamlebyen, med mange restauranter. Betjening var flinke og hjelpsomme. Rommetavar ok. Stort, men føles som det godt kunne vært pusset opp litt. Frokost var også ok. Vi spiste sent, og det føltes som om maten hadde stått en stund, men greit utvalg. Totalopplevelsen var at vi hadde det fint der.
