Amazing!

Incredible stay, great staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and tons of amenities. All at a super reasonable price. One of the best hotels I’ve ever been to, breakfast was also awesome. WiFi was fast. No complaints.

Everything you would expect in a modern hotel. There’s a very good free breakfast included which is always a bonus. The only downside is the 10 minute walk to the old town. If this hotel was 500 m closer, it would be perfect. Overall, I would rate at 9 out of 10

Will stay again next time in Sibiu.

Really enjoyed our stay. Service was excellent. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was of a very high standard, with plenty of choice and served in the rooftop restaurant giving great city and Mountain View’s. We also used the restaurant in the evening, which was very good and reasonably priced. The hotel gym is well equipped and helped work off all the food we were eating. Hotel allocated parking in front of reception. We parked up for our stay and walked into town, which took about 12 minutes.

The property is good value for money and is within walking distance of the city centre. Note that the sauna and Jacuzzi need to be booked and paid for separately. The cost for these facilities is per person, not per hour booked. The breakfast is on the 11th floor of the building, with a lovely view of the city. The breakfast options are good. The reception staff work hard.

The hotel is located within walking distance of the old town. The restaurant is on the top floor and has a nice town view. Unfortunately, we couldn't get a reservation for the dinner as they had a private function, they blocked the restaurant for the guests. I think that is not fair.

This is a fine hotel and I would stay here again. The only negative I experienced was at their restaurant. The hotel obviously takes in groups and all up it took 1¼ hours to get my main course. Service at the hotel was efficient and friendly. Reception was especially helpful. There is a Green Bus bus stop right opposite the hotel.

Don’t bank on using the spa

Generally a great hotel and I was very grateful to the man who helped me get a taxi at short notice to fit my snowboard, but I was very disappointed to learn the spa isn’t available at all times and you have to book in advance and pay to use it. This was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel, and it seems stingy to have to pay again for something that’s already part of the hotel. I also had to pay for bottled water, which usually you get complimentary. The quality of food at breakfast wasn’t great. I did arrive towards the end of the session but still, the food wasn’t too fresh.

I am afraid that this hotel suffered in comparison to our hotel in Bucharest. It is modern and stylish but lacks in substance. No hanging space, no water was supplied in room which was disappointing, my pet moan, there was no holder for toothbrush or razor, where am i supposed to put them, parking is not guaranteed, the first night arriving late and tired we were lucky to get the last space, TV did not work, normally this wouldn't concern me but Liverpool were playing United, reception sent up someone who fixed TV, however the hotel subscribes to only a very limited number of channels and football was not one of them. Reception told me my payment had been refused for insufficient funds, this had me really worried until i checked my records and found i had paid Hotels.com three weeks previous, the hotels issue was with Hotels.com, annoyed they a. Misinformed me. And b. Tried to get me involved. There are lots of hotels in Sibiu, i can't recommend this one
