"I have mobility issues and the staff could not have been more helpful. I decided to try a swim in the pool for the first time in five months. When I had trouble getting out the guard jumped in, clothed and assisted me. I would return to this property in a minute."

"Clean room, helpful staff, Bank of Taiwan was just around the corner, no trouble using the wifi on phone. There is an underground mall exit right in front of the hotel (Exit 11) that connects to the blue line MRT, but it doesn't have escalator/elevator. We used it to get around when it rained. Otherwise, we browsed through the surface shops along the way to Exit 14 which has an escalator and elevator. "
