「Very clean. It was spacious for us, family of 6 (without any big luggages). There are convenience stores & 1 bigger grocery store (that we know of), and bus stops within walking distance. No elevator, but it wasn't too bad to climb up to 5th floor. AC was great. 4 bunk beds (with soft mattress!) in the room. 「Great location and not too far from the main hub. 10 min walk to shinjuku station or 1 min walk to okubo if you are in a hurry. Local restaurants and convenience stores within feet of the location. Love the washer and dryer in the unit that is included with the stay. No complaints at all. First floor unit was a bonus for us with 4 luggage. A bit small compared to other places we’ve stayed but it was expected. Overall a great place. Zero complaints.」

「The hotel is self service type, don’t expect service of normal hotel. Still I met a staff during check and she is nice and helpful.
