「Staff was patient and polite. However, everything else was awful. Room smelled bad, walls and furniture where stained and filthy. Pillows were old and gross. The shower curtain would't stay closed. The frig didn't work properly and the door was hard to open due to the unit being in a tray. The AC had a loud high pitched whine and the TV was out half my stay. The ice machine in the hall wasn't working. The parking lot was full of shady people hanging out in their cars and listening to loud music...

「Greatest hotel ever friendly staff 」

「Full of crackheads. First room was dirty hair in the tub dirt on the floors dirty sheets and blankets. Second room was next door to a couple who fought very loudly about drugs ALL DAY AND ALL NIGHT. Scared my son at one point it sounded like something was being slammed against the walls. Staff kept coming to “talk” to them but nothing ever happened and they never stopped.」

「The hotel was previously flooded and it looks like they covered it up with fresh paint. The first floor room we got had a strong smell of mold. They didn't have any other rooms available so we left. The room door was damaged. The inside of the room had bugs. The sink / countertop was ant infested. The washroom was scary. The people staying there looked very shady and emaciated. The staff was nice enough but I wouldn't recommend it even for free. It's a biohazard and not safe.」

Pool was small, breakfast was to be expected but didn't like it ending on a weekend at 10 (too efficient staff closed at 955am) coffee machines though were amazing and such a yummy cup of coffee.」

「Was there for a 4 day stay .Second day the pool was closed by the Florida Department of Health. We were unable to use it the rest of our stay When I inquired at the desk when the pool would be open the clerk at the desk actually try telling me that the pool is usually closed during Hurricane Season.
