"The room was clean. The main reason we stay at this chain is because they are pet free. The rooms are clean and smell good. Most hotels we have stayed at in the past have animal odors in the rooms. Holiday Inn Express will always have our business as long as they remain pet free! "

"Was very nice staff was awesome. Was a bummer there was no breakfast but with the room having a kitchen was not that big of a deal all and all great stay would and will it again "

"The hotel had a musty smell, the carpets were dirty, the blankets and pillows were stained and overall the hotel was very different than the pictures. Furniture was damaged, the ice maker was broken and overall the hotel seemed dirty. Very disappointed considering I was hoping for a great overnight stay with my kids for spring break. I would not recommend and won’t return. "
