"The place is fantastic. Such a rich history and you can walk it, touch it, live it for the duration of your stay. We upgraded to the Queen Anne Suite at check in and wow, what a brilliant decision that was. Need to mention every single member of staff as being a credit to the place too. We will be back. Thank you "
"I was given a Corner room with no view of the river even though I was promised a good river view when booking. The staff were very dismissive when I complained and even refused to change room when I offered to pay for an upgrade. When I asked for an upgrade they were more concerned about having to pay before even checking for availability. I find that very condescending. As big as the hotel was only one receptionist was there around 7pm and was keen on using all the time she had on the people before us. For an hotel that was well sold on the app the service and staff didn’t match up at all. 0 ⭐️"
