"Me and my partner found this the perfect base for our Noosa stay. The room was huge and included everything needed including; TV, AC, fridge, kettle & shower amenities. The bed was super comfortable too! The room was clean but very dated with a lot of grout and sealant mould in the shower. They have renovated the bistro next door and it's gorgeous so hopefully there is plans to update rooms soon aswell. Overall an amazing stay here with super helpful staff and a nice quiet location!"

"Photos don't do the rooms justice, they are larger than shown, toiletries, gowns, kettle with milk in fridge, cereal and bowls. View from window was lovely but you have to stand on bed to see it. Shower was good. Didn't eat in the restaurant but beer garden was good. We forgot to put the sign on door so room wasn't made up nor toiletries/supplies replenished which was a shame. I did message to ask if they could be but disappointingly never got a reply. Air conditioning good"

"service at pool non existent Room not set up for 3… towels, bed cups glasses etc tea coffee milk etc not topped up bin overflowing and not emptied Had to constantly ask reception for items water not replaced daily. no turn down on 3rd night Hotel bar closed entire 3 nights Although recently renovated the beds were unbearably uncomfortable with old mattresses and awful lumpy pillows"

"Lots of bugs. Small ants crawling throughout the unit. Small cockroaches in the bathrooms. Big cockroaches in the living area. Moths and silverfish. Bugs in my bed, so much so that I had to shake out the sheets… it’s Australia, but even for Australia this was a lot of bugs. We kept all patio doors closed, and still they came. Also, hallway was full of garbage in front of the unit when we checked in. If this was a motel, that would be fine, but this was very expensive for minimal cleanliness."
