"Absolutely amazing accomodation to fit anyone’s needs. Travelling with our adult children and they were all wanting to extend our stay. Had a great time at the pool. 20 min walk to Gympie terrace and we hired a BBQ Pontoon boat and spent half the day on the water. Super easy check in, staff were kind and helpful at all times. Our apartment was big enough for the 6 of us and we had direct access to the pool. Would most definitely recommend Ivory Palm resort and would 100% be back again. Check-in was smooth and straightforward, and the instructions for parking and collecting the key were clear and easy to follow. Unfortunately, due to a death in the family, we had to cut our stay short. The staff were incredibly understanding and made the process of checking out early simple and stress-free, which we truly appreciated during a difficult time. Although our visit was shorter than planned, we were very impressed by the comfort, cleanliness, and professionalism throughout. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to others."
