"Pros: - clean and spacious rooms - large comfy beds - good shower water pressure - good breakfast with lots of choices - friendly and helpful staffs - free washer & dryer with a fee very useful - lots of good restaurants, convenient stores around - safe neighborhood Cons: - AC is too strong, the cold air directly blow on our faces/heads every night, cannot changed airflow angles and cannot slow down the fan. Same problem in other family members' rooms - rooms seems slightly older compares to the photos provided. Maintenance is needed for the wet area like bathroom/shower ceiling. -location slightly far from subway/metro 8 -10mins walk In general, I will recommend this hotel to family with children."

"Overall, an excellent stay. The hotel staff was helpful, and the hotel was clean and relatively well maintained. The hotel location is near the Kaohsiung light rail station, which is convenient. There's a convenience store right next door, which lets us buy food and coffee easily when we wake up in the middle of the night due to jet lag."

"This is our 2nd time here, great room with large space, we loved the bathtub for kids, staff are so kind, friendly and professional, quick to response all our questions, best staff services for sure! Also we enjoyed the breakfast buffet, and their self laundry services, along with gym etc. I will definitely recommend this hotel to whoever stay over Kaohsiung. Plus the location is Right Next to MRT station!"

"We stayed at Airline Inn from 13 Aug 2026 - 16 Aug 2026. We would like to commend the staff at the breakfast restaurant. They were kind and thoughtful. I am a vegetarian, and having told the servers about this, they made it a point every breakfast for the three days we stayed there to show me what were vegetarian among the breakfast spread. One server even told me if I wished, they could arrange to cook a vegetarian noodle or rice dish for me. I was so grateful. The hotel also has a laundry room - two washing machines and two dryers. This should be helpful to travellers but for the dismal state of the washing machine. Both the machines were very dirty, so we did not dare to wash our clothes in them. Another suggestion: Perhaps the hotel can consider setting up a small eating area. There is a comfortable lounge with low sofas. This is not convenient for having small meals. We travel as a group of four and would like to eat some food we bought together. Our rooms are too small to eat together. The hotel staff very kindly said we can eat at the lounge tables, but it was really uncomfortable. All said, we still find that it was value for money staying in Airline Inn Kaohsiung."

"Great hotel in the heart of Kaohsiung. Very clean and well maintained property. Little perks like water dispensers, free coffee (espresso machine), and massage pillows."
