"We loved the place and would definitely come back again with my friends. Local is 10-15 mins from marina garden beach. A quiet neighbourhood better if you had a car. We didn’t have a car but was able to get around by cab, you need to walk towards the beach to fine a cab or call one. One thing to note, we had to google translate to communicate, as we did have a local sim card we were not able to call the office. Although everything was all good and we didn’t need to call them. She made sure that every need that we had was attended to, whether it be restaurant reservations, transportation, booking a boat, booking our nightly massages….we felt that she bent over backwards for us. We have stayed at many 5 star resorts around the world and The Shigira ranks up as one of the best experiences that we have had."
