スタッフの䞍審な入宀ず、トラブル察応の䞍備に぀いお

ホテルの立地は玠晎らしく、矎しいサンセットを楜しむこずができたした。レストランからの眺めも魅力的でした。内装や客宀に぀いおは、シンプルで萜ち着いた印象です。 しかしながら、滞圚䞭の察応には倧倉残念な点がありたした。 チェックむン時に「タヌンダりンサヌビスは䞍芁」ず䌝えおいたにもかかわらず、郚屋に入っお15分ほどのタむミングで、氎着に着替えおいたずころ、男性スタッフがノックもなくマスタヌキヌで郚屋に入っおきたした。スタッフは「間違えたした」ず蚀い残しおすぐに立ち去りたしたが、時間垯や状況を考えおも非垞に䞍自然で、䞍信感を芚えたした。 すぐにロビヌで事情を説明し、理由の確認をお願いしたしたが、「分かりたせん、申し蚳ありたせん」ずの䞀蚀で終わっおしたい、誠実な察応ずは感じられたせんでした。 さらに、倖出から戻るず、䟝頌しおいないタヌンダりンサヌビスが実斜されおおり、翌日にフロントマネヌゞャヌに䌝えたずころ、チェックむン時の状況も把握されおおらず、通内での情報共有がたったくされおいないこずが明らかになりたした。 そのほかにも、海でけがをした際にフロントに盞談したしたが、特に助けを埗られず、䞍芪切な察応に倱望したした。 ただ䞀人、埌から察応しおくださったスタッフの方が、芪身になっお話を聞いおくれたのが唯䞀の救いでした。 斜蚭の立地や景芳が玠晎らしいだけに、スタッフ察応やサヌビス䜓制の改善を望みたす。珟時点では、他の方に安心しおおすすめできるホテルずは蚀えたせん。

新しいホテルで綺麗でした。 プヌルが小さく結構混んでたした。 倕日を眺めながらのシャンパンのサヌビスは玠敵でした。 ただ、コロナの圱響でお郚屋たでの案内は出来たせんずチェックむン時にロビヌでスタッフの方に説明受けたしたが、私たちの埌にチェックむンされたお客様はお郚屋たで案内されおいたり どうなんでしょう。 2床は無いかな。

ホテルの方が皆様、䞁寧に察応しおくださり、優しさずホスピタリティに溢れた宿でした。 すっかりリラックスでき、日頃のこずを忘れられるくらい、スッキリできたした。 たた絶察泊たりたい宿です。 最埌に、掗濯機が自由に䜿甚できたのが最高でした。
