「We were there for four nights. On the second day our towels were changed, and the trash was removed but the bed was not made. On the third day we decided not to have the room cleaned. On the fourth day, the staff did not show up even though I had called the desk. They finally showed up with a change of towels upon my request. Also, the breakfast room is in dire need of a second waffle machine, as there is a lineup every morning for the single one that is available.」

The hostess couldn’t read the room when she orated for long periods of time when people lost interest and wanted to move on with their day.
