Location was excellent. Reach anywhere in less then 5 mins. Cleanliness was good and staff was very courteous and helpful. Worth the money paid.

The room was fine. Not in a good area, felt unsafe. Rang first to see if parking for boat and told yes when there wasnt secure parking. Staff were good but looked like permanent residents also there.

It's a nice, straightforward motor inn and motel. The rooms are large though a little noisy in terms of generic ambient sounds (water in the pipes, etc) but if you're not a light sleeper, it's good value for the price. Well situated.

In a great location, clean property, and check-in was very easy. Great price for the room which included a mini fridge with a freezer compartment, and plenty of coffee and tea with ceramic mugs. Will definitely stay here again next time I stay in town and recommend others to do the same!

Wonderful stay at Bell Tower, Shepparton

This has been a great overnight stay in Shepparton. I can recommend Bell Tower as an enjoyable and comfortable motel. The welcome at the reception desk was easy with no forms to fill in and we got the key and headed towards our room. It is a spacious area, much bigger than our last place in Dubbo. It is tastefully decorated and the bed and pillows are super comfortable. Good quality teas and coffee, and fresh milk in fridge. Room comes with kitchenette with cutlery, crockery, microwave and electric jug.

Everything we needed for a one night stay. Air con was a bit ho hum possibly needs attention or overhaul. Furnishings very in keeping with Bell Tower theme. Although a bit dated was still comfortable and price competitive.

Two nights stay. We were warm. Internet worked. Room filthy. Bedside table not wiped down from previous guest. Used condom packet in bottom of bin, Bathroom tiles mouldy, Fridge top not cleaned, fridge seal split and full of gunk. Dust accumulated on top of bathroom tiles. Hunting knife found above door way. Used tissue under bed side table. Carpet dusty in non traffic areas. Noisy. Honestly we didn't want to touch anything. Nothing sanitised.
