"When I checked in on Tuesday I informed the front desk clerk I was checking in and she charged me for Tuesday's pricing for the hotel even though I already was charged for the same day on Expedia, What a mess at this Quality Inn. The night time employees were awesome and great to talk to.
For the price you pay for the night the breakfast was average, the normal breakfast stuff, waffles or some hot scrambled eggs or egg omelets with cheese, ew. but anyway they are not real eggs so think about what you're eating.
*******The room was clean, but if you want to keep your valuables I wouldn't leave it in the room. It doesn't matter if you have the DND on your door. We left the room to go somewhere and we came back to clean towels that we didn't ask for plus a few items were missing from the room to which was reported immediately as soon as we noticed. So with that being said the Manager didn't give a crap and covered for his house keepers.
So when I called the manager to fix the extra charge, he refused to refund the money to my credit card, so I had to dispute it with evidence to my credit card company. I am waiting for a response."
