C'est regrettable!

Si les chambres offrent un confort acceptable, le personnel de la réception a un accueil qui laisse à désirer. En effet, à l'arrivée dans l’hôtel vous ne trouvez aucun bagagiste (Captain Bell) pour vous aider à aménager vos affaires dans votre chambre et pire, une fois que le "PASS" de votre chambre a été initialisé on vous le remet sans aucune explication ni assistance. De plus, à chaque fois que vous leur demandez une information, le personnel de l'accueil vous répond par "NO ENGLISH". C'est dommage pour un hôtel de ce rang!

本身訂了一晚雙床房，但去到竟然Hotel.com 落order 比洒店系大床，便要求更換但對方拒絕並不理會我的反應，令我非常不滿，而當晚完全不能睡，洗手間亦不清潔，我已即時反映到hotel.com ,但沒有人覆，點解，本身係會員，我不會再用你們的服務！

The staff could not find my booking. I was tired after a 16 hours flight, and offered to pay cash to book another room, she then asked me to have a seat and rest while she contact the booking agency for me. Thanks for her help, I did not have to make the walkin booking.

Do Not Stay Here , faded dirty dangerous bad smell , smokers everywhere, staff cheated me that assigned a Mini room (150sq ft) room number 919 for me , but in fact I paid a Superior double room (269 sq ft) I called hotels.com twice but no help . Stay other hotels , it’s the worst of the worst hotel ! The staff was Rude and did Not speak English, it’s very frustrated! Hotels.com please investigate this Worst hotel !

他の方のレビューに記載があるように、利点は羅湖口岸に非常に近い（但し、大きな荷物がある旅行ではホテル前のエスカレータが狭いので注意が必要）残念な点は①ベッドが硬い②冷蔵庫はあったが、壊れて使えなかった事です。１泊でかつ翌日羅湖から香港へ出る前泊場所として利用するなら非常に良いと考えます。

最大的优势就是靠近罗湖口岸，进出香港都非常方便，而且价格不贵

整体印象还不错，酒店的优势在于靠近罗湖口岸进出香港比较方便，缺点就是没有免费早餐，而且客房里的冰箱也不够制冷，最大的问题是插牌取电，如果客人暂时离开几个小时，那么冰箱里存放的东西会因为断电不能保存。

靠近羅湖口岸

離羅湖口岸近，走路可到。方便進出香港一大早過香港去，晚回來都安全。離羅湖商業城很近走路就可，臨近捷運和大巴站方便深入深圳市各處旅遊。 飯店員工待人親切，下次還會入住。
