We loved the beach club, pools, ease of walking into town for dining options and gorgeous view of the pool and harbor from our balcony. It made our first trip here easy. 「they have a private beach but it is bascally a fake one, no beach only tides. We only stayed for two nights and the second night room was cleaned with no towels. we had to contact staff for two times for the towel to be brought over.」

「We had an amazing time at this lovely hotel. On arrival we were greeted by Larry who gave us a tour of the hotel giving us all the information needed for our stay. Our room was large with a balcony and floor to ceiling windows with an incredible view. We had the meal plan and alternated between the two restaurants which were both great with a wide choice of delicious food The beach bar and pool bar and restaurant were really nice with excellent service. I cannot recommend this hotel highly...

「The property could be maintained a little bit better. Also, the restaurant took almost 2 hours to get our food out to us and was super expensive and closed early. It is nice that there is a bus stop about a 10 minute walk down to the main road. Room was newly remodeled and the private beach was beautiful. The staff were super friendly. I would stay again.」

「Pros: Excellent service. Fabulous ocean view. Great design. Cons: there were insects in room and terrace. Difficult to get a taxi from the Loren (it took us more than 30 minutes to get a taxi)」

「The property was clean but needs some attention cosmetically. The restaurant food from the menu was good. The free Continetal breakfast was sparse and very few offerings. All of the staff were pleasant and helpful.」

「No where and no one to check in. No office. Never serviced room on Day 1 -- no bed made, towels exchanged, dishes washed. No box of tissues, shampoo, lotion -- nothing. And TV does not work for any channel of streaming services shown.」
