Great place to stay for my family of 6. The staff and service was all we needed. Even got a call saying we forgot a cable (it was for my laptop). Much appreciated. Would stay here again.

I booked the room for a week and left after one night. They neglected to inform me that theu were doin reno and roof repairs. I asked for a refund and got a run around and then ended up havin to pay for another night to cancel for their mistake. The place smelt like cat litter box. Absolutely horrible.

I have been staying here for multiple weeks for work, while I was out working they came into my room and installed new water taps. When I returned the water was not working. I proceeded to tell the staff and she was apologetic but did not offer a solution. Only to hear loud construction up until 1030pm.

Our stay was good. The room was outdated but clean. Beds are old but still very comfortable. Staff was very friendly and accommodating when they were there. Will definitely stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay at Shellbrook Motel. The room was clean and the front staff very helpful. While the motel is dated and the beds are still the old style spring type, the stay was enjoyable. I would stay here again.

Room was dated and not very clean. Bathroom especially was not very clean. The air conditioner is old and was very noisy which did not allow for a good sleep

The arrival was excellent from a young lady rooms are old but clean Housekeeping is a issue called house keeping on first day after arrival at approx 4 pm asked if they do house keeping exact words TODAY. all we need is coffee face cloths etc we do the rest bed tidy etc will be there shortly 4 hrs later i called frustrated due to medical conditions i need to get to bed she HUNG up because i was rude sorry but we paid for this service young man came around 8 30 very polite friendly and got us what we asked for again front office was locked rang the bell twice then had to call NO EXCUSE over all clean but LAZY STAFF I AM CONFIDENT Person i was speaking with was not the front desk person PS DO NOT EAT NEXT DOOR WE WALKED OUT FOOD / SERVICE BEYOND TERRIBLE GO TO THE PIZZA PLACE NEXT TO ATV BOAT STORE EASY 2 MIN WALK You are appreciated and they go out of there way to provide EXCELLENT FOOD AND GREAT SERVICE

Definitely would stay again

Excellent! Nice room, clean, comfortable beds. Friendly and helpful staff. Room was already paid and it made checking in a breeze. Because we were arriving late, the front desk lady called me and gave me clear directions on how to access my room.

The reception didn't introduce herself, though I had to ask to use the toilet before we could complete the transaction. I had to pay for my stay before I shown to my room. This property is currently under construction, changing room features. My particular room's window was dirty, condensation buildup between the pains of glass. The room itself was clean and comfortable. The landline wasn't working due to a fire according to the front desk. They didn't mention this when I was checking in either. Front desk is closed when I went to checkout at 08:30 AM on a Statutory Monday. Arnie's Grill next door provides excellent service and reasonable priced, good quality meals that can be discounted when I provide my motel receipt.
