「Property was fantastic 」

「The quality of the construction is starting to show. Our first houses smelled like mold. They quickly moved us. However, another family ended up in that house later that day. 」

「The property was outdated but very clean. I really enjoyed the stay. The only problem I saw was a few gnats. 」

「Property was dated and could use some upgrades like showers, appliances and mattresses but the location is great! 」

「Our condo was super spacious, extremely clean and nicely remodeled. It was also quiet and we were unable to hear our neighbors so that was a bonus. The saltwater pool was nice and new. The older chlorine pool needed some tlc, but the kids could've cared less so no loss for us. Great property and location. Just around the corner from silver dollar city 」

「The staff greeted me with kindness as I checked in, they periodically called to make sure everything was good. Overall the stay was great 」

「I absolutely loved the stay at Oak Ridge, we are already planning to stay again next summer. It was quiet, kids had their own space in the bedroom and i slept on the pull out couch, my only complaint is there was no pillows provided in the room for the pullout and I don't like to bother anyone to ask. They should have already been there with the sheets and blanket.」

「Access to the property was difficult using our phone GPS system. Poor signage.」

「Excellent resort,very new and well equipped kitchen,our dilute one bedroom has everything we need suiting our road trip,the jacuzzi in the bathroom is nice,the outdoor hot tub open during Feb is awesome,definitely recommend!」

「Plenty of space, comfortable, great view of the golf course from our balcony. The fridge, stove, dishwasher etc. were older units, but they worked fine. We were very disappointed that the hot tub did NOT FUNCTION. 」

「Only issue in unit 18 room 6 I believe the hot water stunk super bad but other than that it was WONDERFUL, Cozy and comfortable 」

「Very comfortable place to stay and would come back again, BUT on this stay we didn’t know there would be no bar or restaurant. We also informed the front desk twice our fridge was broke. We would just not bring food again until we verified the fridge was working. 」

「Very nice, family owned. Helpful and courteous. Clean and comfortable, super cute grounds. Refrigerator, microwave, keurig with a nice assortment of coffees, complimentary snacks in rooms. 」

「Loved the privacy and the quietness of the place. It’s in a great location for everything we had planned to do. It was very clean and comfortable. The only thing we missed was the convenience of a hot breakfast on site like hotel chains have. Having to wait in line for 30-45 minutes for breakfast isn’t fun. Fortunately Cracker Barrel is just across the street. We would stay here again in a heartbeat !」

「The pools were very nice and close by. The condo was very nice and we had plenty of space for everyone. Kitchen was good. We had a 13 month old with us and most electric outlets didn't have plugs in them. She's still crawling and her legs and feet were filthy because the floors were so dirty! We didn't understand that we would check in one place then travel several miles to the condo and that it was an upstairs unit. Check out was easy.」
