「Overall this is a very good hotel but when I ordered a cab to Crescent harbour. I hope the reception could tell me that Crescent harbour is just 5 minutes away that one could walk. So that I could have an option to walk or take the car.」

「The hotel may have rebranded to the Southeast Resort, but it is an old hotel. The refrigerator shell was broken. The room just looked tired. The elevator was extremely slow. The bathtub wasn't really clean and there was someone else's long hair clinging to the shower curtain, yuck. On the positive side the bed was quite comfortable, and the hotel location is right by downtown and close to tourist areas.」

「Room was clean and check in was fine. No coffee or cups in the room. Hot cold switched in bathroom sink and the tub filled with water while showering. Seems to be going backwards as I’ve stayed here multiple times. The Expedia site says all fees covered in the price, that is not the case. Was charged a fee on check in. Had to add a night on top of the 4 days I was there and was charged 70.00 over the Expedia price… hope the new owners get it together.」
