「I am sorry to say that our stay was unexpectedly very bad. Even as we checked in the property was cold. There was NO HEATING and no HOT WATER. After many tephone calls we were told that the we boiler was not functioing. We were given grossly inadequate heaters which did little to correct the situation. Advertised as one thing (apparently Hotels.com won’t let me say what, so I have had to re word my initial complaint), when I checked in, I was given something completely different. 「Horrible. Somehow it showed up as booked even though we were both certain we booked another place. Middle of nowhere. We walked out as soon as we had another place booked. Needs deep cleaning for example outlets obscure by beds and nobody has ever cleaned under the bed.」
