「From the moment we walked in it was a peaceful vibe. Hotel looks updated. Very clean and fresh. Breakfast was great (even for those who need accommodations like dairy free and gluten free). Room was clean and stocked with necessities. Beds were super comfortable. Swimming pool was okay; a really good scum line cleaning is necessary; staff said it was scheduled to be done in a few weeks during a less busy time. Laundry facilities - was ok. 「First stay there we had a broken bed but then they gave us a massive discount and an upgrade for the next night. Clean, comfortable and convenient. Good staff」

「IHG hotels are always reliable, and this one was no exception. The hotel is located in a quiet area, and everything was clean and tidy. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. However, the soundproofing was poor — I could clearly hear footsteps from the room above. In addition, the air conditioning was quite noisy, which affected the overall comfort of the stay.」

「It's a 5 star for what it is. Water was hot, air conditioning was working and the mattress was comfortable and a working smart tv. It is a bit dated but for the price, it's an excellent place for an overnight stop on a trip.」

「The room had a smell to it and the ceiling fan was disgustingly dirty. For some reason we booked for 2 people and they gave us one facecloth, one bath towel, and one bath mat (no hand towel) . The office is only open 4-8 for service so we couldn’t even get more one side of the mattress had a big dent in the middle of it. Future advice if there is a heat wave I’d suggest starting the AC before the customers get there so it doesn’t take all night to cool down the small room」

「Jemseg Motel is definitely hidden away off the highway. There is a convenience store/ restaurant within about 5 minute drive, otherwise no other options for shopping or eating. The hotel is very dated but what stood out the most was there were no top sheets on the bed. I don't believe the comforter is washed after each patrons stay making sleeping extremely uncomfortable. Considering the nightly rate, overall not bad but I would, in future, stop earlier of move on down the highway.」
