「When we arrived no one was at the desk when we got closer it was a self checkin when I started the receptionist came out and greeted us then she helped with the rest. 「The hotel actually has two sections on two sides of the bridge. We were expecting to be on the water side but was disappointed. The room only has a small window facing the back of the hotel. Nothing impressive at all. The staffs were not helpful on anything. We were asked by the front desk to go across the bridge to make booking at the hotel restaurant. 」

「This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed so far by hotel.com bookings! No customer service at all!!! We all had to wait so long for someone to come out of the front office for checking in! And they were not in mood of helping their customers, everything were turned down and ‘NO’! One of the guests had no choice but changed to Double-tree immediately after checked in! The frost desk simply doesn’t answer any calls fm rooms, they just said ‘will call u back’ and hanged up, but never called back....

「The reception staff are very friendly and welcoming. I had a pleasant conversation with them during check-in and check-out. The room was tidy and well-maintained. When I requested additional coffee packs from housekeeping, they generously provided me with more than I expected. The room is well-equipped with plenty of electrical sockets, which is very convenient. However, the Wi-Fi signal was quite weak and could be improved.」
