「Great stay parking awkward but that was the only problem.」

「Love this place so friendly and welcoming」

「The pictures of the hotel are accurate but also slightly deceptive - the hotel is located within a uni campus and has university halls either side of it. I expected a more private location than to be amongst students. The rooms were clean and looked accurate to the photos, however I would say we were lucky as we got the corner room which seemed slightly larger than the others. The breakfast was fine but there were some issues like that the bread was stale and the coffee was machine only....

「Incredibly friendly and helpful staff at front desk! Thank you」

「Nice hotel. Great location. Walking distance to high street.」

「This is a conveniently positioned accommodation with a helpful owner living on site. It is reasonably priced and near a bus interchange as well as the tram line. That said, the single beds are tiny. I am 5'6 and feet were over the endand it was so narrow I could barely turn over. They need replacing. The en suite was OK, cramped and a small shower, but ok for one night. The exit rules were unusual! You have a key code, exit via the fire escape and through a beer garden which as the pub doesn't...

「The outlook, surrounding and location is good. The hotel lobby and corridors to guest rooms are good decorated, however the interior of guest rooms are quite old fashion and seems haven't gone through any renovation of modernisation. The furnitures and TV are very old fashion. The cleaniness of carpet and armchairs are not up to hotel standard that causing you reluctant to step on the carpet and rest in the armchairs. Moreover, due to the dirty carpet in the room, I needed to request for a pair...

「房間沒有提供冷氣， 大廳跟其他設施都有冷氣。 員工吹冷氣，住客住超熱不通風的套房 夏天完全不推薦 除非喜歡住在三溫暖烤箱」

「This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed so far by hotel.com bookings! No customer service at all!!! We all had to wait so long for someone to come out of the front office for checking in! And they were not in mood of helping their customers, everything were turned down and ‘NO’! One of the guests had no choice but changed to Double-tree immediately after checked in! The frost desk simply doesn’t answer any calls fm rooms, they just said ‘will call u back’ and hanged up, but never called back....

「A really nice place and staff were also extremely helpful and friendly」
