"We gas the first morning had till 11 am to have a hot drink. When hot water is on the boiler is very noisy. The bathroom was too narrow and the towel hooks stcking out did not help. The oven did not smell right when lit and we did not use it. "

"I needed immediate help when the sat sav dumped me nearby & my host talked me all the way to the front door which was a huge relief. The accommodation is dated but I knew that from the photos it was very clean though & i was surprised to find all the essentials had ben left. I wasn’t expecting that so had brought it all with me. Hogwarts - Mike is a legend!

"We stayed at Hogwarts before a cycling event called Chase the Sun. We couldn't have been happier, Rosie welcomed us upon arrival and showed us around. We had access to a full kitchen with a full array of snacks, tea/coffee available to us 24/7. The room we booked had ample space for our bikes and kit in the conservatory that was attached to the bedroom. The property was nice, calm and quiet; the perfect environment to prep for the 205mile bike ride that was facing us the next morning. The owner Mike was up and in the kitchen at 3.15am making breakfast for all the cycling guests, more fruit, pastries, ham, yoghurt than you could possibly imagine, he couldn't do more for us. A cyclists dream breakfast! Thank you so much I will definitely recommend to future participants of Chase the Sun South."

"Had a wonderful stay as always, our room We initially got put in the air conditioning didnt work, we were promptly changed rooms and upgraded at no cost, the two receptionist were wonderful just sorry we did not get there names"
