"Stayed at this hotel december the 30th. That's a holiday in the west, but not here. The hotel was super quiet, only saw three other guests at breakfast. The food there was what is to be expected, maybe a bit overpriced. Room was clean, and the shower blasted out water like I've never seen before."

"What Could Have Been - The cozy duplex looked fantastic in the photos, sized just right for our family and had so much potential to be an amazing Christmas in Guangzhou, but alas.. the upkeep (or lack thereof) of items inside and missed attention to hygiene turned off my family so much we had to seek to cancel rest of our stay shortly after arrival. "Very cheap hotel, but you get what you pay for. Lots of blown out lights. I specifically requested non smoking room but the room stank of cigarettes. There were switches missing the plastic….possible fire concern. House keeping didn’t clean the room satisfactory. Even if you offer a cheap price there should still be some standards. "

"Excellent "no frills" place to stay. Meddle of the old town, Plenty to shop, dine and see around. Is an old 2 story Hotel, verry cheap but room was good, clean, AC works, no TV. (I did not miss it, I collapsed in the first 30 seconds after so much walking at the Canton Fair)."
