Our stay was absolutely wonderful — the hotel itself and the service were excellent. But what truly made the difference was the staff, especially Claire Huang at the front desk. She went above and beyond to help us, even assisting with some online orders we needed to make. Every member of the team was amazing, but Claire really stood out. People like her are what make a company special.

Great room but had issues

I cannot fault the room however I was woken every morning at 6:30am by very noisy scaffolding work next door. No one mentioned this to me at checkin. The other weird thing is that all the hotel restaurants close very early around 9pm -9:30pm. I ended up spending over 300 yuan each for a buffet that we again were not informed closed 20 minutes after we entered. Drink prices are also very very high for China.
