「I booked two rooms as a last minute stay. Immediately on bookimg I had two phone calls that I missed as I was in my way to the accommodation. I then received a text message to tell me they could not accommodate my booking and to cancel. I was adviced by Expedia not to cancel as this would be against the cancellation policy - I am still trying to get a refund and will probably have to esculate the process」

All meals taken were exceptional and a big shout out to the cleaners - our room was immaculate! Dog friendly and dog loving staff too. Exceptional quality and would rebook in a heartbeat. 」

「Unfortunately, the property did not meet reasonable cleanliness or maintenance standards. On arrival, the oven and hob were visibly dirty with grease and residue, and the kitchen overall did not appear to have been properly cleaned. There was no bin provided anywhere in the property, only loose bin bags left for guests to manage waste themselves. The bathroom showed visible mould around the shower area. 「Room was filthy. Freezing cold all night even with windows shut, no radiator in room. Drug bags down the side of the bed. Stains on the duvet. Damp towel left on floor. Uncooked pizza on windowsill from last occupant so room clearly wasn’t cleaned. Entire room smelt of cigarettes. Avoid」
