「Arrived at 2 pm, front desk asked us to come back at 3, eventually checked-in at 3 ish, front desk informed that the Spa closes at 4:30. 「Extremely convenient, very clean, and well equipped with everything you need. A bit further out of Milton Keynes but I would rather stay here than at a Premier Inn. Quieter, cleaner and better value for money. Staff are also lovely. 」
