Aged Hotel with Great Condition, Convenient
The hotel is obviously an aged one, BUT it is indeed a GREAT one. Staff are polite, the front desk staff, namely Sindy is helpful and polite during check in, and she upgraded our rooms without charge!!! She is able to communicate in fluent English as well. The concoerge team are also helpful and good in English speaking. The overall condition for the hotel is great. The gym room and swimming pool are both great. The hotel is located at town centre, surrounded by lots of department stores and shopping malls. The metro station is only 2 minutes walk from the hotel.

I original booked for a normal double bed room. I arrived at mid-night and there was a construction work going on in the next building and was creating loud noise. The reception lady suggested to upgrade us to a business room without additional charges so that we would not be disturbed . The room was excellent! It was big and with a nice view. A very considerate way! The location of the hotel is excellent for tourist as near the centre of most tourist areas. Definitely will stay for the next time.

舒適的酒店
酒店鄰近南京東路和人民廣場地鐵站，十分方便。 酒店非常舒適乾淨，窗外景色也不錯。 自助早餐選擇也不少，味道也可以接受。 整體而言也值得推介。

Lynn is the best professional staff at the front desk, even though we wait for a long long time, she made us feel comfortable & relaxating when we waited for the room. She upgraded of room & offered buffet dinner for us. We are really appreciated.
