「We were in Danville for a family wedding. we used most of the towels in the bathroom getting ready for the wedding. When we returned to the hotel after the wedding, we called down to the front desk and asked for some more bath sheets. This was about10 in the evening. Within ten minutes or so, a clerk from the front desk brought us two complete sets of bath towels for use the next morning. I have rarely gotten service of this level even from upscale hotels in cities like Chicago and New York.」
