「A historic」

「Very nice property with lots of useful amenities including a microwave and fridge in the room (as well as frozen food, snacks, and drinks for sale in the office store). Parking is easy; everything was clean; and the location is convenient.」

「The hotel was clean and was maintained. Everything appears to have been updated. I slept well and the Internet was fairly stable. I had a pleasant stay. No elevator to the second floor, but it wasnt to bad.」

「The room was clean and the check in was quick. But the washroom in the room only had one light working. The vanity light over the mirror was not operating. Also, the bathtub tap kept dripping.」

「A unique, historical hotel full of antiques with an associated pub & tavern. Very friendly and helpful staff. Well appointed, comfortable rooms. Food was well prepared and delicious. Stayed at the Inn for 4 days for a local event and plan on returning next year.」

「There was not anything unique about the property. It was an older hotel which we will stay at on occasion. The problem came when we entered our room and had to kill three roaches within the first five minutes. It was very late, so we did not call the front desk. Hotels were in short supply because of the time of year(Keeneland.) We did not bother to take advantage of the complimentary breakfast...if there are roaches in the room, there are most definitely roaches in the kitchen.」

「The front desk ladies were exceptionally nice! I had two 6 year old boys with me and they had such a fun time with the front desk crew. I appreciated their welcome and patience with 2 rambunctious boys! The room was nice, clean and well maintained. The boys used the pool and had a blast!」

「Good」

「The hotel is very close to the University of Kentucky, with an Oriental supermarket and various dining options nearby.」

「The sliding barn door for the bathroom and closet are too heavy and won’t open properly.」

「Great stay! No complaints.」

「It was not to clean with the sofa, dishes and bowl. Front desk service kept watching movie on her cell phone. It did not pay attention with customer. 」

「Perfect !! Clean, Comfortable, convenient and customer service was great as well! 」

「The hotel needs better luggage carts. They especially need carts with hanging racks. That was the most terrible experience trying to keep our luggage and garment bags on them small, sorry carts.」
