「Not really clean rooms. Have to request change of the assigned villa, it was not well disclosed when selecting this facility. No such a beach view as originally described when selecting the facility. Kitchen, have to wrap all the food because little ants were present. Staff facilitates what they can do within their own field of responsibility. In general, very courteous and friendly」

「We stayed 3 nights. We went to Crash Boat Beach and BioBay in la Parguera. The room I got was a 2 bed however it was small. This hotel is plain, nothing luxurious about it. It used to be military barracks nefore being converted to a hotel. The staff was nice, I liked the pool and the bar by the pool. They also have a small laundromat. No breakfast included.」

「El Faro continues to be one of our go-to hotels when in PR! The location is great, with Crash Boat beach just a mile away, tens of food options, and just a couple of miles away from the highway. The property, as well as our room,was clean, maintained and well furnished. They added a second pool which is bigger than the original and a quieter as is a bit removed the restaurant. 「El anunció de la propiedad y lo que ofrecía vs cuando llegamos no era lo que esperábamos. El área de la piscina sucia, la propiedad no estaba muy limpia, el sillón tenía mal olor, el baño tenía mal olor, uno de los dos cuartos no tenía aire Acondicionado. La cocina muy linda y equipada. Los alrededores sucios. Pero las fotos no son compatibles con lo que se ve cuando uno llega.」
