「My overall impression of that hotel: Never again! The attitude of the staff does not correspond to a 5* hotel, but rather a cheap hostel. "All-inclusive" statement is false - only cheap and low level drink is included. Any normal wines and cocktails are at the additional cost. Shouts and attitude of the local staff are just killing the vacation mood.」

Les chambres 4700 sont au fond et plus calmes car loin du club enfants et de l’animation du soir. L’animation du soir est faite par des salariés jeunes, sans intérêt. C’est presqu’un sketch. 「The room was clean and towels and linen changed every other day. The staff were amazing and helpful. We didn’t use the pool area as was up and out every morning. All in all it was a lovely hotel and everwhere for us was within walking distance. Having the supermarket next door was a plus, couple of minutes walk to the beachfront, cafes and bars. 」
