"The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. They had a shuttle waiting for us when we departed from our cruise and had scheduled shuttles ready to take us to the train depot. It is located conveniently in downtown Seward we could walk to everything with ease, they were very helpful with storing our luggage and assisting with all transportation and recreational needs."

"It was clean all over. I chose to sleep in the little spaces with the curtains and it was very comfortable. Staff were very helpful and provided help when needed. It was a nice experience actually making the waffle batter and you could make a chocolate chip version. Water was clean and tasted great. They also started a new company called “Otter Express”. They’ll save you lots of time if you don’t have a way of traveling to and fro."
