The host was very friendly and informative. The cabin was nice, clean and comfortable. The whole property was nice. The bathroom/shower area was separate. You had to walk to a separate building. That was very clean and well stocked with towels. I would definitely stay there again.
For starters, this place was amazing. There were salmon at least 20 to 22 inches long spawning right at the deck in front of the cabin. The owner superb. Location superb. Cabin extremely clean you couldn’t ask for anything more. Will stay here at time and time again it is definitely a place to visit and stay for a few days or what have you but I have no problem telling friends about this location and the wonderful cabins on property.
Brandon was right there to meet us and acquaint us with the property when we arrived. Cute cabin skiing the creek where we watched salmon. The bed was comfortable as was the entire cabin. It's a little walk to the bathrooms/showers but they were clean and never a wait. Near to Seward and Kenai. We definitely would recommend.
Absolutely loved the cabin! The location was so quiet and beautiful. I was a little nervous about the bathroom/shower house as I have had bad experiences with cleanliness and disrepair at other places in the past, but it was perfect. Highly recommend!
Cute, clean cabins at a great price. Brandon, the owner, is awesome. Super personable and great guy. We loved our time spent there and had fun playing corn hole and using the fire pit on our downtime.
Loved it. The most peaceful setting. We watched salmon swing upstream. Comfortable beds with Cotton bedding. Nice showers. All so clean. Very friendly hosts.
LOVE this place. Its absolutely perfect for any kinda trip. Anniversary, birthday, family trip whatever! The atmosphere and beauty will keep you coming back. Showers are so clean and you can bike right into town. Cant wait to go back, again!
We stayed at the Caribou Cabin for 2 nights. Lovely nights rest. Cute, clean, quiet cabins by a creek. Comfortable cabins with a friendly owner. Thanks for recommending the Salmon Bake and encouraging us to climb Exit Glacier. Internet was fast. Would definitely stay here again!!
We loved this place! It's owned and run by a local who met us for easy check-in and a walk-through of the cabin and property. Our cabin had everything we needed, including delicious, fresh-ground local coffee. We enjoyed being on the creek and in such close proximity to Seward and Exit Glacier, but without crowds. Our cabin used the shared bathroom and showers, both of which were kept super clean and well-stocked. In the morning I was able to easily go for a run on the side road and trail along the main one. Overall, fantastic stay, and we'd return and recommend.
Our stay was amazing! The owner was very accommodating and even invited us to a communal bonfire towards the end of the evening- great personality per my husband. The room was immaculate and the beds were comfortable. We had a dry cabin, but the bathrooms were nearby and very clean. Overall, we give it a 10/10. Great experience for our family!!
Although the bathrooms and shower facilities were not attached to the cabin, it was an enjoyable and relaxing stay. Bed was clean and dry cabin living was an experience. Love the private campfire and the creek right next to the cabin. Electricity was provided to the cabin and wifi. Got to see a salmon swimming upstream to spawn on the last day. Definitely would stay there again in the future.
The cabin was fantastic - clean,
comfortable, everything you needed and wanted and beautiful location! Did I mention the fresh coffee?! And the shower was hot and glorious. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend!
Perfect cabin for our large family. Great location to explore Kenai Fjords. Visited Exit Glacier (you can catch the shuttle from the Windsong hotel about 15 minutes walk away to the exit glacier- need to reserve ahead of time).
We also did a Kenai Fjords wildlife boat cruise.
Manager was great and let us borrow some bear spray for our hike. He was very responsive and great to work with. Would definitely stay again.
Could use a few more fans upstairs as it was unusually warm when we were in Seward.
This cabin exceeded every expectation — the pictures simply don’t capture how charming and comfortable it really is. The bed was incredibly cozy, the coffee provided was top‑notch, and every detail in the cabin made it feel like a true retreat. We had everything we needed and felt instantly at home. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Seward.
Super cozy log cabin equipped with every comfort. The location is perfect: just a few minutes’ drive from Seward and very close to Exit Glacier. The host was extremely kind, welcoming and always available for anything I needed. I stayed for 2 nights and absolutely loved the experience. Highly recommended!
