J'ai attendu 2HEURES que l'on m'envoie le code pour récupérer ma clé.Et enfin onm'a dit d'aller voir ailleurs car ils avaient un problème technique. J'ATTENDS TOUJOURS MON REMBOURSEMENT CAR BIEN ILS AVAIENT ENCAISSE MA NUIT. Je connaille a hOTEL.COM de déréférencer cet hotel.Une honte... 」

「We had a wonderful time at L’Alpage recently. It is such a beautiful cottage, in a very peaceful location… exactly what we needed for a relaxing family getaway. The accommodation itself was excellent, with the well equipped kitchen and laundry facilities a big plus. A lovely stove and lots of wood meant we stayed warm every night. Personnels de réception sympathiques. Sur place pour 1 nuit seulement, nous n'avons pas utilisé la cuisine mais il semble que tout le matériel nécessaire soit à disposition.」
